In order to provide you the Service, we may collect certain information about Service performance, your machine and yourService use. If you utilize the electronic filing or KSR functions within DMVDesk, we will ask you to run an activation utility to comply with certain security protocols required by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. We may automatically upload this information from your machine.
We agree to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state laws, so as to maintain the confidentiality of all consumer information and data regarding Dealer’s customers that may come into our possession

MVSC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
